Club Policies and Procedures
All fees are non-refundable.
Termly fees must be paid before the start of each term.
We operate six terms per year.
Our holidays are in line with the BANES schools. In the school holidays, we run full day courses (including wraparound care), BabyGym and soft play sessions.
Participants need to be suitably dressed in active wear. No dresses, jeans or skirts. No jewellery, watches or fitbits and hair tied up.
Participants must be barefoot or wear Baskervilles (or other) gym socks.
All gymnasts are fully insured to participate in gymnastics.
A drop and go system operates in the car park:
Monday to Friday from 3.00pm
Saturday all day
Sunday from 11.45am
We ask that you do not wait on-site in your car during these times. You are welcome to park off-site and walk to the gym.
Always inform us of any changes to your contact details, e.g. telephone numbers, email or an extended period of absence (more than 2 weeks).
Following parental consent, photos and videos are taken in classes and used on our social media or for advertising purposes. All photos and videos of gymnasts are taken on our designated ‘gym phone’.
If your child has an infectious disease please do not bring them to gym until they are no longer contagious.
If your child has had sickness or diarrhoea, please allow 48 hours after the last symptom before sending them to gym.
Squad and Advanced classes run throughout the year.
Monthly Squad + Advanced fees are paid by standing order.
All staff hold enhanced DBS certificates, safeguarding qualifications and appropriate coaching qualifications. There are always qualified first aiders on site.
