Direct Debits
Gymnastics classes are paid by direct debit on a rolling monthly basis. Towards the end of each month you will receive an invoice to advise you of the amount that will be taken on the 1st working day of the following month. If you have an active mandate you do not have to pay/action this invoice as your payment will be taken automatically. You will not be charged for school holidays so the monthly amount will vary.
Do I have an active Direct Debit mandate?
To check if you have an active mandate or to add/change/cancel your mandate follow these steps:
Sign in to your JoinIn account
Click on the menu in the top left-hand corner
Click on ‘Account’
Click on ‘Settings’
Click on ‘Payment Methods’
If you need to cancel, click ‘Remove’
Are the classes Pay As You Go/One-off sessions?
Unless offered as a promotion, all pre-school and school-aged classes are booked on a rolling monthly basis. See class cancellation policy below.
Do you offer trial sessions?
We are unable to offer trial sessions but if your child is under 18 months old, please contact reception to discuss. Tel: 01225 330001
Can I add my child to a waiting list?
Waiting lists are available for classes that are currently full. To add your child to a waiting list, please follow the booking procedure. No payment will be taken until your child gets a place.
Class Cancellation Policy:
Payments will continue to be taken monthly unless you cancel your Direct Debit.
It is your responsibility to cancel the Direct Debit if your gymnast will not be continuing.
You must cancel your Direct Debit by the 22nd of the month to prevent the next payment leaving your account.
If you do not cancel your Direct Debit in time then a refund cannot be given. Fees are non-refundable.

When I sign up, who is the beneficiary?
The beneficiary is your gymnast.
How do I change the class that my child attends?
Please contact reception and they will be able to transfer your child into the new class, providing that there is space available. You are able to transfer to a different class at any point during the month. Tel: 01225 330001

Is my child insured whilst using the gym?
Your class fees include insurance cover with Ansvar Insurance.
Do you accept child-care vouchers?
Due to not being Ofsted registered we are unable to accept child-care vouchers.
